I focus on being authentic and creating a therapeutic relationship that makes you feel safe to share and work through your troubles. I bring creativity and psycho-education to my therapy sessions. I want to ensure that you leave each session with a greater sense of insight and motivation to get you one step closer to solving your problems. My therapeutic style is person-centered and trauma-informed. I use an integrated approach. I use primarily CBT, DBT, CT-R, and Motivational Interviewing. I am currently incorporating IFS, EFT, and ACT. My former clients have called my practice engaging, effective, and goal-oriented. I could be described as compassionate, flexible, and understanding.
